Our ProfileAll of the Jewel Trends creations are designed and crafted by Pam Pelletier. Her beaded jewelry includes necklaces, chokers, earrings, bracelets, anklets, eyeglass holders, and ID badge holders. Materials include Czech crystal, semi-precious stones, pearls, hematite, glass, wood, bone, and shell. Many pieces are one-of-a-kind and Pam is pleased to accept custom orders. Jewel
Trends was started in 2003 as a
creative outlet for Pam as she planned her retirement. With a background as a
classical musician Pam has always had a creative side but her public service
employment did not often provide a sufficient opportunity to utilize her
creative energies. In earlier times she had created and sold batik fashions some
of which were of such high quality that they were on exhibit at the Art Gallery
of Ontario. As well, she previously operated a successful craft business
that focused on stenciled fabric creations. She and Richard live aboard their Winnebago and it serves as Pam's studio as well
